I created ZEN of CRISIS (Module 1) How to Stop Feeling Like a Victim, after I left a blistering job.  While dealing with the workplace,  I developed stress symptoms: anxiety, difficulty sleeping and depression.  My social life was affected, my health, every area of my life was negatively affected by stress.

What helped me was returning to my original loves-holistic health.  You see that was my field prior to this, I ran a yoga studio in NYC.  I’m a certified yoga teacher with 17 years of experience & a trained massage therapist.  I’ve also meditated for over a decade and graduated the “Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation Training” program at Spirit Rock.  And with all of that background I still suffered tremendously, so I can understand how someone with no specific training in coping skills would really suffer.
